FACTS: The Wild Turkeys Lodge is an idyllic piece of the universe - located in rural Madison County, Mars Hill, North Carolina. The lodge is a two-bedroom rustic getaway, with king,and queen sized beds. A wraparound porch, roaring wood fireplace, with a nearby huge TV. Close to Asheville, The Blue Ridge Parkway, and nearby country towns.
The lodge can be rented as a 3-night minimum stay. Please call

AMBIENCE: The classic dream log home was built in 2003, and
was recently purchased by a Seattle Psychologist. Upon seeing
the log home, the new owner said, "this is the place". The
proprieter used to own an iditarod dog named Wild turkey.
When he spotted the colony of such birds on the front pasture.
He instantaneously declared that this would be its calling card to the universe.
As you sit on the front porch, you are struck by the wild
turkeys, and cattle on the farm below. Plus, the outline of
the Appalachian Foothills on the horizon. Just beautiful.
You can go inside, pour yourself a drink, check your wi fi
available e-mail. Or, better yet - relax with your partner,
and be glad you are alive. You are a guest of the Wild Turkeys
Lodge. The best there is.

Other fees: A refundable $200 deposit is required at reservation. lodging tax, cleaning included in rates.

Check-In: 4 p.m.
Check-Out: 11 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation period is at least 30 days prior to arrival. The
guest will be refunded the deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee.
All changes made at least 30 days prior to arrival will incur a
$10.00 change fee. The full amount on deposit is non-refundable
for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival. Unless, we are able to re-rent the same time period, or any portion of the
dates of your original reservation.
PAYMENT: Reservations are secured with a 50% down payment of
the total rental fee. Plus,a Security Deposit of $200. This is
due within a week of making the reservation. The final 50% of
the total rental fee is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
CREDIT CARDS: VISA, MASTERCARD, AND DISCOVER CARD ARE ACCEPTED.
Monies are deposited in The Home Trust Bank, Asheville, NC. In accordance with North Carolina law. Disclosure is hereby given
that the agent escrow account is interest bearing to the benefit
of the agent.
OTHER POLICIES: All guests are required to sign an application
form outlining the policies for renting Wild Turkeys Lodge.
Security Deposit: Upon application, a security deposit for $200 must be sent in with the initial deposit. Upon departure, the Cabin is checked,
and cleaned. With an OK from the staff, the security deposit is
refunded to the guest. 3-5 days.
