Cancellation Policy: Money refunded up to the amount received from re-booking as soon as re-booking money has cleared. Every effort is made to re-book at the same rate to make full refund possible.
Security Deposit: There is a security and cleaning deposit of $250 in a separate check which is not cashed unless there is damage or cleaning required. If you leave the house as you find it, your check is returned to you uncashed when the cleaning bill is received.
Other Policies: Rental deposit is 50% of entire rent and is due with signed lease 5 days from telephone or internet confirmation. Early bird bookings (before January 1) have a 34% deposit and two additional payments of 33% each, the second due on February 1 and final payment 30 days prior to rental.

Property Description:
|
This passive-solar home is on a quiet street near a serene and lovely beach and a 10 minute ride to town. It was constructed in exotic wood by a shipbuilder. It has exposed beams, custom vanities, and cabinets and a tub with shower in fiberglassed wood. The open living plan features a stone chimney with wood stove, a built in cherry table with a raised floor, and south-facing french doors leading to a pier-style deck. The door is flanked by two picture windows each with a window box of flowers on the exterior. The floors are wood and flagstone with area carpets. The two upstairs bedrooms have openable skylights and cedar closets. One has a stained glass window. The downstairs bedroom, built like a ships cabin, has hexagonal and leaded glass windows and opens out to a second pier-style deck and herb garden. It has a hatch door in the floor leading to the basement stairs and laundry. There is a treed yard with lawn, shrubs, and flowers and a shed with bicycles, outdoor chairs, and lawn games to use. |
