Located on a quiet pedestrian walk street, park you car and walk or bike to everything. Just steps to the best beach in Venice. Also walk the famous boardwalk and see all what makes Venice world famous.
We are 1 block away from great restaurants, cafes, shops, and markets.
2 blocks to a great surf spot.
3 blocks to the Marina Del Rey
20 minutes to LAX airpaort
20 minutes to Beverly Hills
30 minutes to Hollywood
45 minutes to Disneyland
Just recently all renovated with style and care. New kitchen with all high end appliances; Sub Zero, Wolf, and Meile. Fireplace in living room, hardwood floors thoughout and dramatic vaulted ceilings in living room. New bathrooms with period tile work, large yard and gardens with BBQ and gazebo for great outdoor dining. We also have in the garden a patio table and chairs, lounge chairs, relaxing fountain, and an outdoor shower for those sandy feet.
