Cancellation Policy: Cancellation non-refundable administration fee after booking is $150. First month's rent, full refund (Less administration fee) for cancellations made 90 days or more in advance: $500 charge for cancellations made less than 90 days in advance. 50% charge for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance. No refund once lease begins. Reschedule of rental booking negotiable. 10% discount for
three months or more.
Security Deposit: $250 refundable security deposit required. 25% of first month's rent due upon signing of lease.
Other Policies: Rates depend on season and length of stay. Rates include all utilities except long distance telephone. This is an adult community, one renter must be 55 years of age and no renter under the age of 18. 10% discount for three months or more. No telephone service when property is rented short term (i.e. less than one month). If stay is less that one month or, as necessary, a cleaning fee of $80.00 may apply and be charged against the $250 security deposit.
