Cancellation Policy: Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, your deposit, less $100, will be refunded, provided we receive notice of your cancellation 60 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation with less than 60 days notice, will forfeit your payment unless we are able to re-book, then we will refund all but $100 as a processing fee.
