Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be provided. However, we agree to reschedule the rental reservation at no additional charge to renter, subject to availability of the home within 12-month period from time of original reservation.
Re-Scheduling: Confirmed rentals can be re-scheduled provided that re-schedule request is submitted at least 60 days prior to check-in date. Deposits will be transferred to a new date. The renter must re-schedule within 60 days or deposit will be lost.
Security Deposit: We require a $1000 security deposit payable in cash or credit card upon check-in.
Other Policies: No Smoking is permitted inside the home.
