Vista Waikoloa is located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast which includes the Hilton Waikoloa and Marriott Waikoloa Beach Hotel. Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) is very convenient with lounge chairs available for resort guests and beach toys for rent. Dive and snorkel boats, and evening cruise sailboats depart from this bay daily. The Kings’ Shops and Queens’ Market Place have shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and food courts. There are also restaurants at both hotels and at the Kings’ Golf Courses.

The Vista Waikoloa complex has a large heated swimming pool with two spas. There are several propane BBQ grills at the pavilion. The exercise room has a variety of equipment as well as a TV to watch while you are working out. The mini office has a computer for checking emails, fax & copier. The walkway to the ocean is an excellent spot for sunsets. Our unit is on the ground floor with golf course, garden, Kohala Mountain and Mauna Kea views. The practice green is 50 feet from the lanai. The clubhouse for the Beach Golf Course is on the other side of it. Our lanai is very quiet and peaceful.

Our Vista Waikoloa condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size Tempur-Pedic bed, dresser, bedside tables, and a LCD TV with DVD player. The master bathroom has a double vanity, shower, and large soaking tub. The second bedroom has sliding doors for privacy. It has two twin beds, and a small desk and chair. It also has a TV for watching DVD movies. The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

Our condo has a high speed cable modem with wireless internet service. Long distance calls may be made at no charge to the Mainland United States and Canada.

The living room has two couches, an Ekornes recliner and chair with footstool. There is a big screen color TV and DVD. The dining room has a table with four chairs, and two bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a French door stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with icemaker and filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, flat cooktop, and oven. The condo has a full size front load stack washing machine and dryer. The condo is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, small appliances, dishes, and linens, including beach towels. The lanai has a table with four chairs plus two lounge chairs. The unit is air conditioned with automatic sensors.
