Cancellation Policy: To book the property, we will need a MC or Visa number, the billing address tied to the card and the number of people in your group. The $500 security deposit and a $100 service charge is due 3-4 days after you sign the rental agreement. The remaining rent and tax will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
