This optional coverage is just 6.5% of your total trip costs. At the time you make your reservation, optional trip insurance may be included in the total cost. You may choose to opt out of this coverage if you wish. If you choose to opt out of the coverage WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND ANY MONIES IF YOU CANCEL. You may choose to add trip insurance to your reservation if you do so prior to your final payment, which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Sunset Properties' cancellation policy does not provide refunds for unforeseen developments such as illnesses, mandatory hurricane evacuations and similar events that can affect your trip. We strongly suggest that you purchase trip insurance which will accommodate for such circumstances.
Sorry, no refunds for early departure. If you need to change units or alter dates (meaning change weeks or months) there is an automatic $25 charge for any change made for condo stays. Property Description:

This is one of the many properties we manage in the Ft. Morgan area. We have condos ranging in size from 1 – 3 bedroom units and beach houses ranging in size 5 – 7 bedrooms. The property showcased on this page is a penthouse unit. It has a KING bed in the master bedroom with a full bathroom and a TV with DVD and a tropical style ceiling fan. The main hallway has twin size bunk beds built into the wall hidden by a beaded curtain. This is Bunk bed heaven....inside each bunk-berth there are 2 flat screen TV's, each with DVD and game jacks. Bring headphones! There is also a floor-stand fan so the ones in the bunks are cool too! The bunks are just across the hall from the SECOND full bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster and blender and of course a washer and dryer. This unit has a DSL modem for wired network cables or a Wireless - G router for total unit coverage. So if you must use the net, do it from a rocking chair on the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico? This DSL package also allows FREE long distance calls in the cont. US. The living room features a pillow style sleeper sofa a lazy boy recliner and a leather barstool at the kitchen bar. There is a TV with DVD and VCR and yes game jacks if they really need to have them! The table seats 6 and the second table on the large balcony that overlooks the pool seats 4 and has two new wicker rocking chairs. The balcony has a view of the Dunes condo Pool (the outdoor portion) and the Dunes Subdivision pool. The Dunes condos amenities feature an indoor/outdoor pool with a swim thru curtain and an indoor hot tub. There is also a sauna beside the hot tub if you need a bit of dry heat. We have a gym with two recumbent bikes and an elliptical trainer, two treadmills and a single station weight machine. Outside we have 2 showers to wash the sand off your feet and a special area with two park style charcoal grills for dad’s night to cook. In addition to this pool, we have access to a second pool in the Dunes Subdivision which has an outdoor hot tub and a cabana area. This 2ndPool is about 100 yards from the Dunes Condo covered entrance/unloading drive through. (Just look left from you balcony and you will see the gazebo.)Come enjoy the salty beach air and get your toes in the sand! |

| Nestled next to the historic Ft. Morgan. The Dauphin Island ferry is just one mile away. You can walk across the street to a Tacky Jacks restaurant and the Happy Hooker beach bar. The Marina is right across the street too! You can hop over for a fishing trip (inshore and offshore trips available) and the restaurant will cook your fresh catch for you! |
