Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of $100.00 minimum is due with the reservation. 50% of the balance will be due 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the remaining due at 60 days.
We accept personal checks and money orders, also credit cards thru Paypal. There is a 3% fee with credit card payments on the remaining balance, but not on the initial deposit.
Cancellation request must be received 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus 75.00 cancellation fee. Owner can not be held liable or responsible for any issues beyond their control such as weather, "acts of God", travel issues, emergency cancellations, economic conditions, or other issues beyond their control.
Holiday and Ironman policy is different, please inquire.
Security Deposit: Security/Damage deposit may be required for some groups.

Located on the gentle slopes of Mt. Hualalai at the perfect elevation of about 800 feet. Gorgeous Mountain, Pacific shoreline and Sunset views! Minutes to town, but away from the traffic, crowds, bugs, and the HEAT of downtown at sea level! Home is in an Upscale neighborhood and on a quiet street, with beautiful gardens, and a covered carport (porte-cochère) entry (Keeps your car shaded and cool). Just over an acre of gardens and mature tropical foliage. This home has an open living area layout with vaulted ceilings in the Great Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room, as well as in the Master and 1 of the other bedrooms. You don't need A/C here! Our guests rave about this being the perfect location! We have had many say that they felt calmed and relaxed as soon as they entered:

►Perfect for a couple that enjoys their privacy, a large family, or a few couples sharing expenses. The huge west facing (Sunsets!) covered lanai has an additional 650 sq feet of living space. It is like having 4 more rooms, and features the large Hot Tub, an additional seating and dining area, and a small Tiki bar as well. ☼ The lanai faces the large pool/sun deck with a 35 X 18ft pool, plenty of sun furniture and BBQ area.
►The Home, Lanai, and Pool are all on the same level. ☺ This is NOT a "bare bones" rental, it is well equipped, well decorated and well furnished. Home is owner occupied for several months a year, so it has many extras. It will feel like your own place! Kitchen is large and VERY well equipped and has an additional bar/counter that seats 4, inside and outside dining areas each seat 6. Many extras provided with this home, beach equipment, assorted high quality snorkle gear, and boogie boards too! Also a nice assortment of family / childrens games and Movies.
►Twice weekly Pool and Spa maintenance included, pre-arrival grocery shopping available at actual cost. There is a small caretakers cottage located on the lower 1/4 of the property. They are quiet and unobtrusive, but are there for any questions or advice you may need! This is STRICTLY a No Smoking Home, However smoking is allowed on Pool Deck. Please be respectful of the next guests. Smoking inside will deem immediate termnation of lease with no refund due to excessive cleaning fees to remove odor. |
