The only villa at the Playa de Palma for 14 persons with its numerous conveniences like private pool, BBQ-Grill with outside-kitchen and pool-bar, 300 m2 terraces, kitchen, living rooms etc.

The quietly situated villa with seven guest rooms with self-feeding, in the middle of the districts "Las Maravillas" on the heights of the "Ballermann 9/10 ", located in the 6. sea line, is also only 4 minutes to walk away from the 6 km long sandy beach of the legendary "Playa de Palma".

The 75 sq m living room with penthouse-character (large tripartite window-front), open chimney and dining area for eight persons. In the complete and modern furnished kitchen there is another dining table for five persons, two big refrigerators, a freezer and a pantry.

Two of the three double rooms (room #1 and #2) are served by one bathroom with comfortable massage-shower, WC and wash-basins. The room #3 owns an individual bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. In the ground floor, there is room #4 as "small apartment" with own bathroom en suite (bathtub, shower and wash-basin), as well as the room #5 with big double bed and gaze over the pool. You may use the entire terrain freely, the kitchen, the living room, pantry, the outside-kitchen with big BBQ-Grill area together with refrigerator, pool-bar, generous sun - and shadow terrace and the pool. On the first floor, we have two big bedrooms with own bath. Sufficient parking places exist directly in front of the house.

NEW IN 2009:
The villa can be rented also by small groups up to 6 persons with a limited number of sleeping rooms for the half price (!!!!).
Approach to the Villa – with the Taxi, Bus or Rental Car:

- Taxi: The most simple way you enter a taxi at the airport Palma, and pay up to 15,-- Euro. The trip lasts not even ten minutes.

- Bus: At the airport, you climb into the blue bus with the number 1 and travel to the main train station "Plaza Espana". There you change into the bus with the number 15 in direction "El Arenal" and get out at the stop "Hotel Kontiki Playa" . Then you walk approx. 200 m to our villa. The fare is approx. 2,50 Euro per person. We expressly do not recommend travelling with the bus (unpunctual, exhausting transfer, overcrowded buses and theft-danger).

- Rental car: You may rent a car at the airport in the parking, we recommend reservation over the Internet at email-car-hiredotcom or doyouspaindotcom.
