Cancellation Policy: Must have 1 month notice to refund deposit for cancellation if not re-booked for the same period. Hurricane refund is pro-rated less 10% service charge if in the property at the time (based on 6-night week). If property is unavailable, full refund less a $50 service charge.
Security Deposit: $300 refundable damage deposit within 14 days after check out if no damage nor excessive cleaning is required. An additional $100 refundable deposit if you want DSL internet access (otherwise no internet available.)
Other Policies: No rentals to underage groups. No smoking inside unit and no pets allowed.

This beach house is directly across the street from the Gulf and is remodeled with fully-equipped kitchen, underneath storage with refigerator & beach supplies, wrap-around deck & outside hot/cold shower. There is internet hook-up available, 4 TVs on satellite, VCR, DVD, and full-size washer & dryer. Plenty of parking for cars & boats. Owner-rented and managed with care since 2003 with many repeat customers.
If this house is booked, try one of our other rental properties. We have a 3/2 duplex that sleeps 8, a 2/2 condo that sleeps 4, a 3/2 condo that sleeps 6 in Gulf Shores; also a river-front custom home just across the FL/AL border that sleeps 15, a direct Gulf-front 8/7 house that sleeps 21 in Orange Beach, a 1/1 that sleeps 6 in upscale Indies condo, and new this year, a 5/3 duplex in Ft Morgan that sleeps 10.
