Security Deposit: A refundable security/damage deposit of $1000 is required.
Other Policies: Check in/ out times are flexible.

There is 141 feet of private waterfront with a small sandy beach and a beautiful view over the lake and surrounding hills.
The great room opens onto a large terrace which incorporates a sunken hot tub and covered outdoor living area with sofas, 2 BBQ's, fridge and sink.
No expense has been spared and all bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully appointed and private. The view from the master bedroom will make your British Columbia lakefront vacation a truly unforgettable experience.
The dining room has an expandable 10 seater table and an adjacent 4-seater breakfast bar.
The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances including a wine fridge, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and Jennair range.
The living area is expansive, bright and airy thanks to the beautiful cathedral ceiling. Simple modern furnishings complete what is a stunning British Columbia lakefront vacation home.
