Newer home with 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths with panormic views of Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Home is approximately 2000 sq feet allowing room for larger families and groups. Each bedroom has access to full bath. The home was built and furnished in 2005. Enjoy the views from 3 separate decks. The rooftop deck is approximately 500 sq feet for entertaining or simply relaxing in the sun. VIEWS FROM MOST WINDOWS WITH PANORAMIC VIEWS OF ALL SAN DIEGO FROM THE ROOFTOP.
"Toys, Toys, Toys" for all to enjoy - both inside and outside fun. Guests are provided 4 bikes with children bikes on request, boogie boards, surfboard, beach chairs/towels and sandtoys. Inside we have a computer and printer with high speed/wireless internet, DVD players in all rooms with at least 30 DVD movies to choose from. We have a few toys and board games. The kitchen is FULLY stocked.
Privacy even for more than one family!
The beds are high quality with pillow top mattress's. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and full bathroom. Up one flight of stairs and you will find the kitchen with granite countertops, huge family room with a fireplace and two sofa sleepers and half bath. There is a round dining table with 8 chairs and extra folding chairs. From the kitchen and family room, we have a Weber Gas BBQ on the deck. Views from the kitchen, dining room and family room are of Mission Bay and the Sea World Fireworks. Up another flight of stairs and you will find the luxurious Master Suite with its own deck to enjoy a glass of wine. The Master Suite has another fireplace for your enjoyement. The master bath has a full shower/jacuzzi size bath and 2 sinks. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and Twin bed with it's own bathroom.
Up to the Rooftop Deck!! Enjoy the views or sunbath. 500 feet of space with 2 lounge chairs and table and 6 chairs to dine. |

This home is located in the busy and exciting Mission Beach but the immediate area is very quiet. The bayside of Mission Blvd is generally quieter at night and this home in particular is surrounded by nice, quiet neighbors.
Mission Beach is in the heart of San Diego - Families can stay in Mission Beach and enjoy the entire day and evening without using a car. Walk or bike to restaurants, groceries, beach, local pubs and Belmont Park. Rent a sail boat or try a surfing lession. Sea World, the Zoo are minutes away. The Gaslamp District (downtown) has shopping and nightlife. All this and the airport within a 10 or 15 minute drive. Don't forget Lego Land for the kids - this is a 30 minute drive up the coast. If you wish to visit Mexico and enjoy the wonderful culture and lobster this is only 30 to 45 minutes away from Mission Beach.
