We welcome large groups for family reunions, weddings and festivals – as well as large dogs. Since we can sleep up to 12 people in the Lodge and 5 more in our Annex next door, we are perfect for everyone to stay all in one place. Our pet friendly vacation rental home offers country charm and is located in a small, private, quiet residential community located about one mile north of the California Oregon border. We are just five miles north of Smith River and four miles south of Brookings -- a small relaxed coastal town with a harbor and miles of scenic beaches for beach walking, tide pooling, surf fishing, and kite flying. Just off Hwy 101, a 10 minute walk through our neighborhood takes you to the Winchuck River and a local public access path gets you onto the beach ... tides, driftwood and river height permitting. Our fenced backyard is a great place for the kids to play.
