Check-In: 3 p.m.
Check-Out: 11 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 50% of the total rental is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival on Anguilla. Your deposit less 100.00 will be refunded if you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival. Once the balance of payment is received, we can only refund if we are able to re-book the dates.
Security Deposit: none required.
Other Policies: A rental agreement will be sent with all policies once we have secured your dates.

Bayberry and Chinaberry Villas -- Come and enjoy our wonderful villas on the beautiful island of Anguilla. Bayberry has two bedrooms with baths, Chinaberry is a lovely studio with bath and outdoor living area. They both enjoy fabulous sunsets over Rendezvous Bay. They can be rented together to provide you with sleeping for six. And we have a sofabed for one or two more. Both villas have wonderful amenities and are perfect for your next Caribbean stay. Make it Anguilla this year. We are waiting to welcome you to fabulous beaches, friendly people, and outstanding restaurants. |
