Cancellation Policy: We ask 50% of the booking to confirm the reservation. You can cancel without charges until 2 months before your arrival date. If you cancel less than 2 months, it will cost you:
- Between 2 and 1 month before : 25% of the booking (50% of the deposit)
- Less than 1 month before : 50% of the booking (100% of the deposit)
Exception : if you rent the apartment again at the same condition, you could use the deposit for a next booking.
Security Deposit: We ask 50% of the booking to confirm the reservation.
