Part of the new Gansevoort Hotel, Roney Palace is a beach front property touching the beautiful and tranquil Miami Beach and the world renowned Art Deco of SOBE.
From this prime 600 ft. beachfront/boardwalk location, the cafes, restaurants, and shops of Ocean Drive and Lincoln Rd. are just a short walk.
Also, just steps away are the Miami Beach convention center, Miami City Ballet, and the Miami Beach Jackie Gleason Theatre. Downtown Miami, the port of Miami, Miami International Airport and Bal Harbor shops are minutes away!
We have over 10 condos for rent and sale throughout the building.
The 1 br are around 1000 sq. ft. We have 1 br/1 bath (1080 sq. ft.), 2 br/2 bath and pent house condos available. South Beach, City of Miami and ocean/ pool views.
All units have full kitchen and balcony.
1 br can sleep 6 ppl.
There is a one time registration fee of $50 per person or $75 a couple
for the unit as required by the Roney Condo Association. |
