The new Roney Palace is a beach front property touching the beautiful and tranquil Miami Beach and the world renowned Art Deco of South Beach. From this prime 600 foot beachfront/ Boardwalk location, the cafes, restaurants, and shops of Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road are just a short walk. Also, just steps away is the Miami Beach Convention Center, the Miami City Ballet and the The Fillmore Miami Beach at The Jackie Gleason Theater. Downtown Miami, the Port of Miami, the Miami International Airport and Bal Harbor Shops are minutes away by car.
We have over 10 family owned condos for rent throughout the building. The one bedrooms are around 1000 sq. ft. We have 1bed/1 bath, 1 bed/1.5 bath (1080 sq ft.), 2 bed/2 bath and Pent House condo's available. South Beach, City of Miami and Ocean/pool views.
All units have Full kitchen. 1 bedrooms can sleep up to 6 people.
There is a one time registration fee of $125 for the unit as required by the Roney Condo Association.
