Short 50 yard walk down to beautiful Dawn's beach one of the finest beaches on St. Martin. There's a great little bar and restaurant right on the beach.
Enjoy cocktails on the spacious decks overlooking the ocean. The views are breath-taking.
House has gourmet kitchen, satellite TV, big screen Tv's, all fine linens, towels, etc. provided.
Bring nothing but your bathing suits and polo shirts.
When you arrive you'll be greeted by a fine bottle of wine waiting for you, complimentary beverages and designer fragrance soaps like you'd find at the very best resorts. If you arrive late, don't worry, there is coffee and cereals and milk provided to get you going the next morning.
