Rates are per night (not per person). We charge 5% GST (Goods & Service Tax). The unit will be clean upon your arrival and includes cleaning after your departure.

Minimum stay: 3 Nights
Lodging tax: 5%

Check-In: 4 p.m.
Check-Out: 10 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy
Between 5 days from booking and 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit of the first night’s rate, plus the tax will be forfeited.
Inside 30 days of arrival, full payment will be forfeited.
NOTE: If you cancel and the unit is re-rented, you will be refunded the amount that we receive from the re-booking, less a $50 processing fee
Security Deposit: Reservation Policy
A deposit equal to the first night’s rate, plus tax, is due 5 days from the date of booking.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
A VISA or MasterCard credit card will be required for a $500 damage deposit.

More than the maximum number of people in the condo is prohibited. (Maximum is five (5) people)
No smoking in the condo
No pets at any time
Hot tub hours are 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Check-in - anytime after 4:00 p.m. on your arrival day
Check-out - anytime prior to 10:00 a.m. on your departure day
