Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a handling fee of $50. Your deposit, less the handling fee, will be returned if the reservation is canceled at least 45 days prior to arrival. Within 45 days of arrival money paid will be returned only if the unit is rented for the same time period.
Security Deposit: Payment is due IN FULL 60 days prior to check in. You may pay with cash, personal check, company check, money order, Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover. A tax of 11.962% will be added to all rents (7.25% Transient Tax plus 4.712% excise tax), as well as a one-time, non-refundable service and handling fee of $35. Should your personal check be returned for any reason, there will be a $25 return check fee added to your balance. A personal check is required for your security deposit and your security deposit will be returned in the form of a check. A $500 rent/security deposit combined is required to hold your reservation.

The Hawaiian Princess is located on a secluded beach in the beautiful Makaha Valley on the Leeward Coast (The Sunny Westside) of Oahu. We are just 3 miles beyond the city of Waianae on Farrington highway. Waianae is where you will find local shopping and dining establishments.
Our 1 bedroom luxury beachfront vacation rental is located on a floor that allows for a fantastic unobstructed view into the clear turquoise blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. This is one of the best locations to view the magnificent Hawaiian Sunsets from the West Coast of Oahu. The West Coast is known for its sunny weather year round (most of the time). Snorkeling is right out back in the amazingly clear waters of the Pacific.
This budget priced Vacation Rental has a spacious Lanai that allows for a 180 degree view of the beach and Pacific Ocean where you can watch the Green Sea Turtles and Spinner Dolphins year round. Occasionally even the endangered Monk Seal makes an appearance on the beautiful pristine beach. In the winter months you can observe the Humpback Whales during their annual migration from your private Lanai.
For the golfers there are two 18 hole golf courses just minutes away, the Kolina Resort and the Makaha Valley Resort, said to be two of the best on the island. The world famous Makaha surfing beach is home to many International Surfing Competitions during the winter months, and is less than a mile away.
