Cancellation Policy: Bookings are final and there are NO refunds, so we recommend travel insurance. The exception is in the event of a hurricane warning. Prior to arrival, a full refund of any deposits is due. After arrival, All UNUSED rental time is refundable if a hurricane warning is issued.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is due via paypal without exception for international travelers. Domestic travelers may opt to pay the security deposit by money order or cash, and the refund would be mailed back to the renter.
Other Policies: We accept only cash or money order upon arrival for balances.
