Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior the date of arrival, 30% of the reservation deposit is reimbursed.
If cancellation is 29 days or less prior the date of arrival, the reservation deposit is not reimbursed.
Should the owner of the property cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, the reservation deposit will be fully reimbursed.
Security Deposit: On arrival it is required a security deposit of Euro 150 in cash for any eventual damage or breakage that may occur during your stay. Upon check-out the security deposit is refunded, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
