Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior the date of arrival, 30% of the reservation deposit is reimbursed.
If cancellation is 29 days or less prior the date of arrival, the reservation deposit is not reimbursed.
Should the owner of the property cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, the reservation deposit will be fully reimbursed.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of 150 euros is requested upon arrival. It will be fully refunded at departure provided no damages were made to the property.
