We can rent you either the Penthouse, or the guesthouse; they are separate accommodations with private external entrances, or we can rent you the whole villa with internal access for a large family re union! Guesthouse; two bedroom and loft part of the villa (150 sq m). Perfect for up to 4 guests or if a family with children who can use the loft , up to 6 (2 more in living room) .
The living room, dining room and kitchen areas form a large open space, flowing easily from the kitchen with the marble pass-through to the dining room with the uninhibited view of the Aegean from the 4 oversize living room windows. Large open spaces of our living room are adorned with three stucco veneziano Doric columns, hidden lighting and marble/tiled flooring.
The gas fireplace is perfect for a chilly day, drinking your early morning coffee enjoying the incredible sunrises. Just ask some of our previous guests!
Windows overlooking the islands will entice you to spend many an hour on the wide tiled verandas or the living room. On a clear day one can see as far as Andros, Kea, Evia and several uninhabited islands.

Both bedrooms and living room are individually air conditioned. There is central heating! WiFI, Unlimited international telephone calling (Voice over IP) and computer if needed.

Stargazer Penthouse; the upper part of the villa with 450 sq m of living space and over 100 sq m of verandas and porticos, has four bedrooms and three baths, 1/2 bath. Brand new top of the line furniture and a private hot tub that can accommodate up to 4 guests at any given time! The penthouse has two floors:

First floor, has a living room/dining room , sitting room and family room (TV, reading and relaxing while enjoying the view of the back yard), huge gourmet kitchen with island and dinette area and a bedroom (double bed, top of the line pillow top mattress and luxury linens). The bedroom has a private entrance, small patio with incredible views and en-suite bathroom (shower). Half a bath is available for guests. A large two story atrium adorned with Doric columns provides the view and openness that characterizes our villa with its unique architecture. This floor has the direct access to the back of the villa with the rock garden, the large gourmet BBQ area and of course the hot tub! A walk up the rock garden unveils the 360 degree view of the incredible vistas.

The second floor has two bedrooms, sharing a bathroom (tub/shower) each with its own private verandas and both with incredible views. One bedroom has a queen size bed with top of the line mattress and luxury linens, the second bedroom has extra long twin size beds (become king size when put together) again in top of the line mattresses and linens. The 55 sq m master suite faces south at the front of the villa overlooking the great vistas of the Bay of Marathon! The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and top of the line mattress (pillow top) and linens, a wall to wall closet and access to two private verandas. One can lie in bed and enjoy the fantastic view of the coast line in the moonlight overlooking the lights of several towns in the distance.

The adjoining sitting room is draped with 5 huge windows overlooking the great vistas of Schinias, beautiful white leather couches and a private TV for those rare moments when you may want privacy.

A luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi, large walk in shower, private WC and everything luxuriously tiled. Private refrigerator for the little cold drink in the middle of the night in the privacy of the two verandas or sitting room.

Cleaning services are provided once a week, more frequently if requested. We can provide you with excellent private tour services at very competitive prices. We can have somebody meet you at the airport and help you out with car rentals and driving to the villa if you feel you need to. Just ask!
