Security Deposit: Send deposit to reserve. Telephone me at 828-685-7702. When I get the deposit, I'll send the confirmation and directions. It is always easier to find in the daylight hours. If you plan a late arrival, I'll have your name on a card outside and leave the outside lights on so you can go in for the night and bring your check up to me the next morning.

Four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
UPSTAIRS: There are four bedrooms upstairs (three double beds and three single beds. There is one bathroom upstairs. There is one large electric kitchen with dining area that has a full size refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with oven, a microwave oven, a coffeemaker, dishes, silverware, pots & pans. There is a large front porch with rocking chairs and an outstanding view of the Blue Ridge Mountains and countryside all around you. There are several large fans both upstairs and downstairs but this cottage does not have air conditioning and the only heat source is the fireplace downstairs. There is always a good breeze going across the porches and that makes sitting outside very special. Everyone loves to stay in the annex. It is especially nice for families or large groups of friends.
DOWNSTAIRS: There is one more bathroom and two showers. There is a large living room that has a stone fireplace, comfortable sitting chairs, two single size day beds, color TV, and another large porch downstairs.
This cottage could sleep 11 people.
