Rental Rates:

SEASONAL RATES: May 15- Oct. 15 is $3,500.00. No tax is due when staying 90 days or longer.
MONTHLY RATES: $1,200.00 + 11% tax. Guests pay their
electric & propane when staying by the month or season.
WEEKLY RATES: $550.00 + 11% tax.
NIGHTLY RATES: $125.00 + 11% tax (two night minimum).

LATE ARRIVALS: It will be easier to find the place if you arrive during the daylight hours. However, if you plan to come in after dark, I'll have your name on a card out side near the house number and I'll leave the outside lights on and the door unlocked for you can go in for the night and bring your check up to me the next morning.

Property Description:

Great cottage with a king size bed in one bedroom and one double size bed in the other bedroom. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room to sleep two people. There is one bathroom with tub and shower, a large electric kitchen and dining area, living room has color TV . There is a large front porch with rocking chairs. There is a large back deck
leading off from the dining area through sliding glass doors. The back deck has an outstanding view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Bearwallow Mountain, Sugarloaf Mountain. The back deck is private and has a table and chairs . Also, a charcoal grill. There is a window unit air conditioner and a paddle fan in the living room and propane gas heat. |
