Rental Rates:
Refundable Damage Deposit of $150 for groups of 6 or more.
Rates are based on an occupancy of: 2
Minimum stay: 2 Nights
Lodging tax: 9.5%
Cleaning fee: $150
Other fees: Refundable Cleaning Fee applied for groups of 6+
Policies:
Check-In: 3 p.m.
Check-Out: 11 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund, less $25 cancellation fee, with at least 2 weeks notice.
No refunds if less than 2 weeks notice is given.
Security Deposit: $150.00 (Refundable) Damage Deposit required for groups of 6 or more guests.
Other Policies: Cleaning and Damage Deposits can be refunded if homes are left reasonably clean and damage-free.

We saw 3 deers right outside the cabin... The hiking trails are well-marked and the map was easy to read. We stayed 10 nights and hated to leave!
