Cancellation Policy: We understand things happen unexpectedly and will try to minimize any expenses for you. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival, we'll send a full refund within 2 weeks. If within 14 days of arrival, we'll try to rent the unit out to someone else. If we're successful, we'll still give you a full refund. If we're unable to rent it, we'll retain one night's rent ($135).
Other Policies: We accept payment via PayPal or personal check if received 2 weeks in advance of your stay.
No smoking inside cabin. Housebroken pets are welcome with a pet fee. Please contact owner for pet fee information.

This cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin has a new hot tub on the deck. Kick back by the beautiful stream flowing through the backyard.
Our cabin is located in North Georgia’s Bent Tree resort. This gated community is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, just an hour north of Atlanta. Crisp, clean mountain air with plenty of outdoor activities. Golf, tennis, swimming, fishing and stables are available. The wildlife is amazing.

• Bent Tree does a huge Easter Egg Hunt for the kids each year.
• July 4th is always special at Bent Tree with one of the best fireworks displays you'll find in the area.
• Golf - Scenic 18-hole course in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Driving range, putting green and a pro shop on-site. There’s also the 19th Hole restaurant.
• Tennis - Indoor and outdoor courts. Clay courts. Lessons are available for all levels.
• Community Pools - There are two pools in the resort. One is an olympic sized family pool, the other is adults only.
• Lake Tamarack - 110 acre fishing lake. Try your luck with catfish, trout, bass and blue gill.
• Lake Swimming - Sandy beach with a large playground. Volleyball, basketball, picnic areas with grills. Restrooms.
• Stables - The Bent Tree stables feature guided trail rides. If you’re just a beginner, they also offer riding lessons. Kids love the birthday parties and hay-rides at Bent Tree Stables.
• Hiking - Nature trails and hiking past mountain streams. Go jogging on 60 miles of paved roads in our community.
• Wildlife - An abundance of wildlife awaits you. Deer are everywhere. Wild turkeys and a variety of birds.
• Breathtaking Views - The Blue Ridge Mountains come alive in Bent Tree. Mount Oglethorpe is about 3,300 feet. |

Comments: We stayed at this cabin for three days in October and had a marvelous time. The weather was dreary, but the cozy atmosphere,
the hot tub, the grill and the seclusion were fantastic. We stay in a lot of condos and cabins in our travels and we've seldom found one so well appointed. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with modern appliances, upscale cookware and utensils. The bedrooms are quite comfortable. If the weather is nice, you can swim or hike.. If not, you can cozy up to the fireplace, read a book, listen to music or watch satellite t.v. We'll definitely be back!

Comments: We stayed for two nights late in the summer and had a great time. The cabin is beautiful, with plenty of room. We took two kids and me and my wife. We grilled out, used the hot tub non stop and the scenery was great also with deer running through the back
