As you enter this beautiful home you are welcomed by the first of the homes 2 living areas. This spacious living room features a panoramic ocean view, ample seating, a big screen television, a CD player and a DVD player. Adjacent to the living area is the large kitchen with breakfast bar and the dining room table over looking the Atlantic ocean. French doors lead from the living room and dining room to the covered balcony. Stairs from the balcony lead down to the private pool/Jacuzzi and sun bathing patio.
In addition, the main level boasts a laundry room and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a television, and a DVD/VCR. The private bath provides a Jacuzzi tub and a separate standing shower.
The second bedroom on the main floor features 2 queen beds, a television, a DVD/VCR and a single shower in the private bath.
As you ascend the stairs to the second level you are welcomed into the second living space. Windows facing the ocean provide a tranquil setting for you to enjoy relaxing with your family. The large room provides an abundance of seating in addition to the breakfast table and gaming table and a large screen television with a DVD player. A small kitchen area and half bath add to your comfort.
The master bedroom is located off the second floor living room and provides a king size bed, a television, a DVD/VCR and a beautiful oceanfront view that may be enjoyed from the two overstuffed chairs. A Jacuzzi tub and separate shower are located in the private bath.
French doors off the living area and the master bedroom lead out onto the second oceanfront balcony.
The second floor is also host to the 3 remaining bedrooms and the second laundry area. One of the second level bedrooms is furnished with 2 double beds, a television, a DVD/VCR and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. the second bedroom is furnished with 2 queen beds, a television, a DVD/VCR and a private bath with a tub/shower combination.The final bedroom also features a television, a DVD/VCR and provides you with a king size bed and the private bath with a standing shower.
