If you must cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, we cannot refund your payment unless the unit is re-rented for the entire period. If the unit is re-booked for the entire period, you will only be charged a US$200.00 cancellation fee. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your stay. This gives us more time to re-book the unit.

The total of 1,800sq ft. area are divided into a living space, 2 bathrooms, master bedroom with King Bed and with direct pool access/view., a 2nd bedroom, with Queen Bed. The 3rd bedroom is furnished as a 2 Twin Bed Room. connection, The fully equipped kitchen has all appliances. The thoroughly furnished villa is ideal for 6 people who are looking for a quiet place in the nature. The pictures don't need explanation...
