Rental Rates:

SEASONAL RATES: May 15-Oct. 15, $2500.00 for season. Pay no tax
when staying 90 days or longer.
MONTHLY RATES: $700.00 per month + 11% tax. Guests pay
electric & propane when staying by month or season.
WEEKLY RATES: $300.00 per week + 11% tax. I pay the
electric & propane when staying by week or night.
NIGHTLY RATES: two night minimum $75.00 night + tax.
Minimum stay: 2 Nights
Lodging tax: 10%
Cleaning fee: $50
Other fees: If small pets are accepted, there is a $50 each one time charge nonrefundable.

If you rent by the month, you will pay the electric bill by the month , and the propane used for heat. You pay for the phone if you activate the phone jack.

Property Description:

One bedroom cottages (4 to choose from). They are about the same in size and design. They have one king size bed, bathroom with shower, electric kitchen & dining area, living room that has a pull out sofa bed, and a big front porch with rocking chairs and a beautiful mountain view of the Blue Ridge Appalachian Mountains.
All Cottages are very clean and comfortably furnished. There is a change of linens, dishes, silverware, pots & pans. Guests do laundry and housekeeping. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator with freezer and a full size electric stove with oven and a microwave oven.
There is a window unit air conditioner and propane gas heat. There is a color TV. If you use the antenna on the roof, you'll get about 3 stations for free. For an additional charge, you'll get over a hundred stations really clear with the Direct TV Satellite Dish.
The best part is sitting on the front porch, enjoying the wonderful breeze, and looking at the beautiful mountains all around you. You can get out and take a walk and climb the mountain at the back of the cottages.
No smoking inside the cottages. If you smoke, do it outside. Small pets under 20 pounds are considered for an extra charge. Pets must be kept on leash and cannot bark and disturb other guests.
Send deposit to reserve. When I get the deposit, I'll return the confirmation and directions how to get here. No deposits returned after Jan. 1st.

| The cottages are located on an apple farm with beautiful mountain scenery. We are located six miles outside Hendersonville where many entertainments can be found. We are 30 minutes drive from Asheville and most all points of interest can be reached within an hours drive such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Mt. Mitchell, Mt. Pisgah, Whitewater rafting, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Harrah's Casino. |
