Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, 50% of rental funds will be refunded. If the property can be re-rented we will refund 100% minus a $25 administrative cost.
Security Deposit: Full payment of reservation funds is required to reserve your dates. Reservation includes Rental Rate, Refundable Damage deposit, Non Refundable cleaning fee and 10.3% lodging tax. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please allow 10 days for personal checks to clear before reservation is confirmed.

This nicely appointed cottage sits on a tree lined street in a park like setting for you to enjoy. Bring your family and the family pet to stay for a weekend a week or longer. Relax in the comfort of the living room, or read a book in the sunroom overlooking the park like back yard. Enjoy the peaceful and quite atmosphere, in the quaint and comfortable kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.
