Cancellation Policy: We require 60 days advance notice (more for holiday bookings) to cancel. With that notice, we will refund your deposit minus 10% of the total rent. After that the deposit is not refundable.
Security Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to reserve the house. The balance may be paid to us in the US before departure; or in Costa Rica, upon arrival, to us or our managers in traveler's checks or cash.
