Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: A sixty (60) day notice is required prior to cancellation. Cancellations made more than Sixty (60) days prior to the cancellation date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that occur within Sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. There are no refunds for early departure, delayed arrival or reducing the number of nights reserved.
Security Deposit: $250-Security Deposit: This deposit will be returned within 30 days of the departure date, provided there is no breakage or damage to the premises.
Other Policies: Pets: You acknowledge that No Pets are allowed in or on the premises unless we have authorized such use. The NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee is $150 each pet. Prior permission must be granted for pets. Unauthorized occupancy by pets-either as guest or visitors-is subject to a $150 fine deducted from your security deposit.

End of a Very Private Road--Great Fishing From Shore--Boat Included.
Vacation oriented lakefront home located at the end of a very private road. This vacation home has 4 bedrooms: 1 queen, 2 with twin & full, a set of bunks & futon. The house has pine boards on ceilings & walls. There is a vaulted ceiling with beams in the living room. Most rooms have hardwood floors and ceiling fans. There is a large elevated deck that looks over the lake. The deck is equipped with two picnic tables, multiple lawn chairs and a gas grill. A private beach with a gradual slope, a dock and a rowboat are also included. There is a mooring for day use available. Those looking to fish from the shore will find a plentiful supply of sunfish, perch, rock bass, crappies and an occasional bass or northern. For those looking to kayak or canoe this area is nicely protected from the wind and wildlife is plentiful. If you are seeking privacy and plenty of outside space this vacation home has it all. |
