From September 15th till June 1st call for our off-season rates

  • Minimum stay: 7 Nights
  • Cleaning fee: $125
  • Other fees: $500 refundable security deposit
    • Policies:
    Check-In: 2 p.m.
    Check-Out: 10 a.m.
    Cancellation Policy: Rental deposit is non-refundable unless we receive a cancellation notice two months prior to rental date.
    Security Deposit: Security deposit of $500.00 is required upon signing of rental agreement. Deposit will be promptly refunded after house has been inspected after use.

    This beautiful architect designed home in Truro has everything you could want! It is fully furnished with 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room/dining room, TV room and large open kitchen with 6 seat breakfast island. No need to bring your own coffee maker, dishes, towels, linens or household items - it's all there. No need to go to the laundermat to do laundry - washer and dryer are there. All rooms but one have water views. Enjoy spectacular Cape sunsets from the large decks.
