Come to the warmest waters north of Virginia Beach, relax, walk on miles of red sand, and swim safely in this protected bay. All rooms overlooking the water, you feel like you are on the water at this home. Play by day and curl up at night by the fire and read a book while overlooking the bay. People who visit, return and some never want to leave. The living area is one of the largest on this island with space for everyone and a bay window to curl up in. The kitchen and dining area is also great with a screend porch and propane grill. The wrap around porch affords a beautiful breeze in the summer, from the southg east while the sunning or the shade is helpful as well. Clam at night right out the front door, bucket and shovel provided. Beach chairs are also provided. This special place has a screened porch, 2 TV's, 2 fireplaces, a loft overlooking the Living room with a huge King bed and private bath. The master King bed overlooks the bay and at night you can watch the moon glide over the water. By day realax or work in the loft with a fax, desk and internet access. This home has 2 other bedrooms downstairs with a bath - one room with twins and another with a Queen Bed- (the other TV). Beatuful linens and towels appoint each room. Toiletries are provided upon arrival with baskets. Wine from the local vineyard is also provided upon arrival, please let us know if there are any other special needs you may have. A ramp and large bathrooms aid several in wheelcharis or with mobility issues. The flat yard overlooking the beach and water is also helpful. This home has direct access to the beach, unlike many homes on PEI, with a few (5) steps down, not 100 steps, or walking thru other peoples yards. This is your own private retreat, 1/2 mile off the road, and on an island off the main island, accessed by car.
