Cancellation Policy: 1. A rental deposit in the amount of $500.00 will be collected at the time of the reservation. This deposit is 100% refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least sixty days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled less than sixty days prior to arrival then the deposit will be refundable under the terms of paragraph (3). The balance of the rental fee along with the other fees will be collected 60 days prior to arrival and refunded in accordance with paragraph (3) below.
2. A security deposit will not be collected at the time of the reservation if the rental deposit in paragraph (1) is charged on a credit card. If the rental deposit is paid by check then the security deposit of $250.00 must be included in the initial payment. This deposit is 100% refundable if the unit is returned to the lessor in the same condition as received by the lessee. For guest paying by check any damage to the unit will be paid out of this deposit along with items cited below. This unit is a NON SMOKING UNIT therefore no smoking is allowed within the unit. If it is determined that the lessee has violated the nonsmoking rule the entire security deposit for those guest paying by check will be forfeited and will be used for the removal of the odor created by smoking. If in the event this amount does not cover the cost of odor removal then the Credit Card will be charge under the authority sited below. For the guest paying by credit card the entire cost of odor removal will be charged to the credit card under the authorization sited below. The unit is inspected prior to the guest arriving and after their departure. This is to insure the unit is left in a satisfactory condition. Any missing items, property damage, excess laundry or extensive cleaning will result in an additional charge. Property damage repairs will be billed at twice the repair cost. An invoice will be provided outlining any additional charges incurred following guest’s stay. For those guest paying by Credit Card the Authorization Form provides a guarantee of payment for charges incurred due to missing items, property damage, excess laundry, or extensive cleaning required after check out. An acceptable level of laundry would be no more than one load to be washed. It is important that all perishables are discarded and all trash removed from the unit. The dishes along with the pots and pans should be washed and put away. Non compliance with this request will result in an additional charge. The lessor will be entitled to reasonable cost of collection including attorney fees, if necessary to collect the same.
3. Sixty days prior to arrival the remaining balance is due. There will be a two-day grace period for the payment of the balance. If the balance is not paid within the grace period then the reservation will be cancelled and the rental deposit $500.00 will be prorated for the days the unit is re-rented. In the event the lessor has collected the entire rental fee along with the other fees and the reservation is cancelled less than sixty day of arrival, then the total rental fee will be prorated for the days the unit is re-rented. The exit-cleaning fee of $135.00 and the security deposit if applicable of $250.00 are100% refundable on any cancellation. The exit-cleaning fee is not included in the accommodation rate. If at any time the lessee elects to cancel the reservation, the refund of monies due the lessee will be reduced by the credit card company processing fees.

This two bedroom, two-bath, Non-Smoking condo is conveniently located for a fun-filled vacation.
A smartly decorated unit with all the amenities to make your vacation one to remember. The ocean and mountain views from the lanai are spectacular. There is private parking and a security gate on the property. This unit is located across the street from the Hilton Waikoloa Village,next to the Beach Course and a three minute drive to the Kings Course. The unit can sleep six with a king-size bed, two singles, and a queen-size sleeper sofa.
Viewed from the lanai and a short walking distance is (ABAY)Anaehoomalu Bay. The Bay lends itself for the best in water sports. Within walking distance are the King Shops offering the best in shopping and a variety of fine restaurants for your dining pleasure.
The Hilton Wikoloa Village has some of the finest five star restaurants on the island. Some favorite activities are swimming with the dolphins at the Hilton, helicopter ride to the volcano, relaxing on one of the fine beaches, or just doing nothing.
