Modern luxury apartment in high quality building right on the sea front with underground locking garage and air conditioning. 5mins drive from Nice airport and 10 mins from the centre of Nice. 22 square meter terrace with 180° view on the sea and a view on the Baie des Anges as far as Cap d'Antibes which is particularly spectacular at night with the lights all along the coast. This first floor apartment is ideally situated for either a lazy holiday lounging on the beach (either public or private), or visiting the Cote d'Azur, almost all of which is within one hours drive, including Italy. If you're into shopping you have Cap 3000, the biggest shopping centre on the cote d'Azur within 5 mins walk, or if you just want to take it easy you have a whole selection of bars and restaurants right in front of the apartment, no problems with drink & drive, and with 5 mins walk you are in the pleasure port with more clubs, bars & restaurants many with live music. |
