Property Description:

Upper level condo with a modern décor located in the North Central Corridor near the Pointe Hilton at Tapatio Cliffs Resort that offers excellent golf and a full service spa. This area is also close to the Arizona Biltmore, shopping, hiking, dining, golfing, and entertainment. Beautiful mountain views abound in all directions.
The North Mountain Preserve is a 1/2 mile from the unit and Dreamy Draw is just in the background and a short drive for great mountain biking.
For those that Golf there are more than 10 golf courses within 7 miles, one of which is Lookout Mountain offering 18 holes and is one of the only LPGA courses in Phoenix which is about 1 mile from the condo!
The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms each featuring distinct custom tile, brand new modern kitchen with all appliances, utensils, complementary wine, and bottled water in the refrigerator. The master bedroom has a queen bed, large walkin closet, and large vanity in the master bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, very large closet with lots of storage, and the guest bathroom is directly outside the bedroom door. The couch can also be made into a bed and a queen size inflatable pillow top mattress can be provided for your guests as well.
Located in North Central Phoenix off 7th St north of Northern and just south of Dunlap. It is an ideal location near the State Route 51, shopping, golfing, hiking, horseback riding, and is just down the street from the Pointe Tapatio Cliffs and North Mountain Preserve. Biltmore shopping is 10 minutes away as is Paradise Valley, North Scottsdale, Kierland commons and Downtown Phoenix for museums and attractions. Walking distance to hiking the Phoenix Mountain Preserve or the Canal walkways. Restaurants within walking distance include Greektown, Corbins, Calico Cow, Via De Los Santos, El Bravo, and many many more fine restaruants and fast food within a short distance. |
