Arizona is truly a land of stark contrasts. From the beautiful desert landscapes to the lush pine forests of the mountains, to the unbelievable beauty of the Grand Canyon. There is just so much to see and do! You can be snow skiing on the slopes of the White Mountains in the morning and playing golf later in the day in Phoenix. We have 48 golf courses located within 10 miles! You may want to fish some of the high mountain lakes or go water skiing in any number of lakes surrounding the Phoenix area. Nightlife abounds in the Phoenix area as do fine restaurants. There are also many Indian Gaming establishments in Arizona. Whether you are into gaming or not, most feature wonderful displays of Native American artwork and culture. It's hard to beat the Phoenix area when it comes to vacationing.

Our 2 bedroom / 2 en-suite bathroom condo is located in a gated and very tropical community right next door to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The resort features a championship golf course, several fabulous restaurants and shops, and even has horseback riding available. Directly across from the resort is the Phoenix North Mountain Preserve. There you will find several hiking / mountain biking and horse trails. You will also find some great wildlife and bird-watching areas.

Our condo community has three heated swimming pools, each with a spa, tennis courts, and a basketball court. Of the three pools, one is located just a few steps from our door. The pool enclosures all have patio furniture, gas grills, and a wet bar area for your use. For safety reasons, Bar-b-Que grills are not allowed on the individual patios.

Our condo is approximately 1000 square feet and comfortably sleeps four to six persons in the two queen size beds and a sleeper sofa. It is air-conditioned and has a fireplace for those chilly evenings or to just add a little ambiance. All of the furnishings have a flavor of southwest style and comfort, and were purchased new in June of 2005. There are three TVs with DVD, VCR players, and cable. There is also a surround sound stereo with AM/FM and a C.D. player. In addition, we provide local phone service.

Both bedrooms are master suites, including dressing rooms and a full-sized bath. There are two separate patios, with access through the living room and both of the master bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and cooking / dining ware. We also have a full size washer and dryer in the laundry closet off of the entry hall.

Our condominium is non-smoking and we do not allow pets. If you smoke, please do so on the patio. An ashtray is provided for your convenience.
