Welcome to our little piece of heaven in the Arizona sun! Our Tapatio Cliffs Luxury Townhome is in a gated and very tropical community right next door to the Pointe Hilton Resort. Our community has three heated pools, each with a spa, tennis courts and a basketball court. The pools are gated with gas BBQ grills, patio furniture and a wet bar for your use. NO BBQ grills are allowed on individual townhome patios, for safety reasons. We have around 1450 sq. ft. with hardwood floors, 2 queen beds, one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. The family room has a fireplace & great windows. There are 3 TVs with cable, a VCR, DVD, CD and surround sound stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped including coffee maker and all pots, pans and dinnerware needed. We also have a full size washer and dryer. Both bathrooms have full size tubs with showers. There are 2 serene private courtyards. There is telephone provided for local calls only. |
