Really enjoy the Florida lifestyle in this charming 3 bedroom
beach house located in Atlantic Beach, a lovely seaside
community surrounded by natural beauty and pristine beaches. This
light and bright house is beautifully furnished and decorated with a
living room and additional sitting room with a piano. The large eat
in kitchen has a glass-top range with self-cleaning oven,
refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The three bedrooms have a
Queen bed, a Full bed and two Twin beds. The house, on a corner
lot, has a very private fenced yard, with a large wooden deck for
outside enjoyment and entertaining.
It's just a short walk to the beautiful
Atlantic Ocean and to the Town Center with wonderful restaurants and
pubs and quaint and elegant shops. Enjoy with the beaches locals,
their favorite restaurants and shops, including Ragtime Tavern,
Sliders, The Sea Turtle Inn, Stickyfingers, Sundog Diner, Al's
Pizza, Culhanes Irish Pub, The Flies Tie Irish Pub, Pete's Bar, The
Beaches Diner, Peterbrook Chocolate, Shore Things, Center Stage,
Hibernia, and much, much more.
McDonalds, Popeyes and Kentucky Fried Chicken and The Loop
Restaurant are also a short walk.
