Our Villa
Pearl Villa is located on the award winning Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club on the US27 and only 20 minutes from Disney. A perfect location ideal for those looking for a relaxed golfing vacation or for families and friends looking to explore all things Disney and Orlando's numerous theme parks and attractions.

Our vacation home is a large 2 storey house, fully air conditioned with a private screened swimming pool. All the rooms of the house have been tastefully furnished and well planned with your comfort in mind.

The living areas of the house are open plan with high cathedral ceilings making it a very bright and spacious home.

*The Family room is the central area of the house with the kitchen, breakfast room, dining room and sitting room all leading off of it.
*The main Master bedroom on the ground is ideal for our less abled guests who do not wish to climb stairs as the further 3 bedrooms and family bathroom are on the 1st floor.
*Away from the main living area is a seperate laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. A real bonus for families with children. Save time when you get home,take your clean clothes home with you!


Pool:
The Sunny Pool is South West facing and has a large sundeck with 6 padded sunbeds for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The covered porch with patio table and chairs is perfect for outside dining or a cool drink by the pool. There is a safety fence that runs along the whole length of the pool for the safety of small children. This can be removed at the discretion of our guests. For nightime swims the pool has under water lighting. We have free Solar heating but additional electric heating for the winter months is available upon request.

One King Master suite with ceiling fan.
Master bathroom with large tub, seperate walk in shower,vanity basin and walk in closet.
One Queen size bedroom
Two twin bedrooms
Pak -n-play crib

All bedrooms have cable TV&DVD players, wardrobe closets, dresser, nightstands with lamps.
