Cancellation Policy: • Refunds for cancellations will depend on the amount of time remaining to the start of the rental period as follows:
If more than 30 days are remaining: 100% refund less $150.00 reservation deposit.
If 15 days are remaining: 100% refund less 3 night’s rental.
If fewer than 7 days are remaining: No Refund.
Security Deposit: • Security deposit of US $300.00 will be required in cash or credit card imprint at time of check in, if not paid before. This deposit will then be refunded in full less any damages to the property and it’s contents, within 30 days after departure. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if payment has not been received by the due date.
Other Policies: • Pre-arrival cleaning will be provided at no additional charge.
• Smoking is limited to external areas only. Smoking is prohibited within the home.
• No Pets are allowed.
• Children must not be left unattended in the pool area or in the areas with access to the pool areas.

Our home comes with it's own resort facilities, freely available to all villa guests. There are two beautiful lakes on the premises for a lovely afternoon walk or a romantic evening stroll. Why stay at a hotel? Here you will get the comforts of home while being on vacation! In our spacious 1671 sq ft villa, is a private enclosed heated pool, a master suite with a spacious en suite bathroom and huge walk in closet, perfect for those that plan to stay a while, two additional queen bedded rooms for couples or teens, one twin bedded room, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely entertainment unit in the family room. Also for those that don't want to be stuck in the house we also have mountain bikes for your pleasure and enjoyment. So come and enjoy our Private Pleasure Paradise! |
