Our luxurious 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom vacation home provides spacious accommodation for up to 10 people. It is located on the prestigious Calabay Parc at Tower Lake gated community on Hwy27, with convenient access to I-4 and just a 15-20 minute drive to Walt Disney World. Universal, Seaworld and other world famous theme parks are all close by, as well as numerous shopping malls and many excellent golf courses.
This recently built villa is superbly positioned on a large corner lot close to a large fishing lake. It is fully air conditioned, there is a sparkling heated pool, spa, extended deck and covered lanai and we provide poolside furniture and sun loungers for you to relax on. Wifi High speed internet, computer and games room are available for you to use.
Tower Lake Florida Villa comfortably sleeps upto 10 people and has 3 master bedrooms, all have king beds, cable TV's/DVD and en-suite bathrooms (2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor). The sleeping accommodation is further made up of 2 twin bedded rooms (first floor). We also provide, a crib and high chair, bed linen, towels and hairdryers.
There are 3 dining areas, a breakfast area with table, stools and breakfast bar, a covered outside lanai for those poolside snacks and a more formal setting in the dining room for those special evening meals.
The villa has a large comfortable lounge with cable TV and DVD player. The family room/den, has cable TV and playstation 2. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the laundry facilities can be found in the utility room. |
