This villa is perfect for families, friends, or golfers alike. There is a lovey communal pool, which is surrounded by well kept gardens & a well equipt children’s play area. The villa is furnished in a very high quality finish, with marble flooring throughout, granite kitchen, luxury high quality English beds. In the lounge there is a leather corner suite, 42 inch plasma TV with full SKY package. The dining area has marble table with leather chairs to seat 6. Outside the property in our tropical garden, there is a BBQ with a further covered dining area seating 6, 4 sun lounger’s & a state of the art 8 man Jacuzzi! Perfect to ease those muscles after a long day on the golf course, or just to crack open a bottle of bubbly & toast your good health!

We always take a deposit to cover you in the event of any breakables, this rate is $500, and is returned after your holiday. The rates include a clean once you leave the property, but if you would like additional cleaning & laundry services we can arrange, this is charged at 15 euros per hour.
Minimum stay: 5 Nights
Other fees: all fees are included, i.e cleaning, laundry and jacuzzi clean and maintenance

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your holiday we need need 2 months notice (i.e 2 months prior to travel) and we will refund 75% of the cost of your holiday.
If cancellation is less than 1 months only 25% of your holiday cost will be refunded
Security Deposit: We always ask for a deposit of $500 to cover any breakages. This will be added to your total holiday price and will be refunded after your holiday.

ABOUT THE VILLAS AN GOLF URBANISATION:
Guadalmina lies to one side of the golf course, and a huge lake lieS behind the complex where you can water ski (except winter months.) The complex is a gated secure complex with 24 hour security. There is a beautiful communal pool, with a life guard during the summer. The life guards also teach swimming, if you want your children to have lessons. There is a children play area with slides and swings in the centre of the complex. The Guadalmina Golf club has a fabulous restaurant, this is a 5 minute walk from the house. Also you can play tennis there. The Hotel Barcelo is also a short walk away, where there is a gym, open for public use (daily rate charge), a spa for treatments, the internet (1 euro for 10 minutes) and they also have a lovely bar and restaurant. If you dont fancy going to puerto banus for dinner, there are several good restaurants and bars in Guadalmina itself. There is also a supmermarket, banks, tabac, bakery, clothes shops and a pharmacy. There is plenty on your door step, so you dont need to venture far if you dont want to.
