Security Deposit: When you collect the key code from our key management office, a $250 credit card impression is taken to safe guard against breakages or damage. This is removed within 15 days of departure when there are no breakages or damage. If something is broken or damaged, ONLY the cost of repair or replacement is charged to the card.

Property Description:

Make our three-bedroom, three-bath townhouse your home-away-from-home for your Orlando vacation. Located just two miles from Disney World in the fabulous Windsor Hills Resort, our home is located near all the action!
The home has a screened, private splash pool that faces southwest, offering plenty of sun. We can accommodate up to six, with the master bedroom having a king-size bed, the second bedroom a queen-size bed, and third bedroom a pair of twin beds. All three bedrooms plus the great room have cable-equipped TVs. Other amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, dining table with seating for six, and a full-sized washer/dryer.
It is just a short walk to the fabulous Windsor Hills clubhouse with Olympic-size pool w/ zero-depth entry and water slide, 50-person movie theater, and sundry shop. Plus, our townhouse is in the building that is closest to the fun-filled playground. |
