The Sandra Terrace Home is conveniently located in the heart of Scottsdale. Only a few blocks away from the beautiful Kierland Commons, Fine Dining & Shopping, FBR Open (formerly Phoenix Open), Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, Arizona Casinos, and Upscale Nightclubs.

The Sandra Terrace offers 3,000 sq feet of livable space with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms also complete with a Kitchen, Family Room, Large Dining Room and a game room. The home has been beautifully remodeled from inside to out, furnished with high end comfy furniture and decorated by a well known Valley interior designer. The inside of the home can be described as tastefully relaxing.

The Resort style backyard offers a lush Tropical Landscape, Pool, Jacuzzi, Fire Pit, and BBQ Grill. The large Backyard Patio offers a BBQ Grill and comfortable patio furniture. So you can even dine outside. A fire pit located in back yard can be used to warm up to in the winter months or roast marshmallows. The heated pool allows for swimming in the cooler months or you can really heat up in the relaxing Jacuzzi. The backyard is designed to fulfill maximum enjoyment and relaxation.

Near by is CrackerJax where you can take the children. They offer Miniature Golfing, Bumper Boating, Batting Cages, Volleyball Courts, Game Center, and Go Kart Racing. A Harkins Cine Capri is located a couple of miles north where you can catch a movie in the beautiful theater. If you’re up for 5 minute drive you can hop onto the loop 101 and go to Desert Ridge where you can find Jillian’s, a great arcade with bowling and dining. Tons of shops can be found at Desert Ridge along with some great restaurants.

More Activities: Include local golf courses, Hiking and Biking by the Scottsdale Mountain Preservers and with the quick access to the Loop 101 and the 51 highway. You can easily visit the, Phoenix Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Arizona State University, University of Phoenix Stadium (home of the Arizona Cardinals and site of the 2008 Super Bowl) and Phoenix Sky Harbor.

The Sandra Terrace kitchen includes all needed appliances such as oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, silverware, glasses, plates, and refrigerator. All of our flat screen T.V.’s are connected to cable and have a DVD player. High Speed Internet access is also available and all local calls are free.
