Cancellation Policy: Policy If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your 50% prepayment. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you will forfeit the full amount of your rental unless the same property can be re-rented for the same rate and dates. There will be no refunds for early checkouts, no-shows or inclement weather. Travel insurance can be purchased and is highly recommended. Please ask for further information or contact your preferred insurer.
Security Deposit: A partial prepayment of 50% of the base rental amount is due when you make your reservation. If the reservation is made more then 90 days in advance the prepayment will need to be paid in the form of a check or money order. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival
